Who we are

Michael Romani Balloon Twisting ("Michael," "we," "us") provides balloon twisting entertainment in Chicago, Illinois and the surrounding area, and runs this website, michaelromaniballoons.com. You can reach us at romanimike@gmail.com or (812) 887-9056.

Information you give us

When you request a quote through the contact form, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, event date, event type, estimated guest count, the street address or cross streets of the event, and your message. If you call, text, email, or message Michael on Instagram, we receive whatever you choose to send.

We use this information to reply to you, prepare a quote, schedule and provide the service, and keep a record of the booking. Contact form submissions are delivered to Michael's email through Formspree, a third-party form service.

Information collected automatically

This website uses Google Tag Manager to run Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tags. These tools may collect information such as the pages you view, the device, browser and operating system you use, your approximate location, how you found the site, and whether you tap the phone, text, or email links, click a quote button, or submit the contact form. When the form is submitted we record that it was submitted and the event type you selected. We do not send what you typed into the form (your name, phone, email or message) to Google Analytics or Google Ads.

Our hosting and content delivery providers (Sevalla and Cloudflare) also receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when you visit, as part of delivering and securing the site.

Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies and similar identifiers to recognize returning visitors and measure whether an ad led to an inquiry. Cloudflare and the embedded Google Map on the Contact page may also set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features may be affected.

• Opt out of Google Analytics: Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on
